  The worst customer service out of all the post offices I've been to in Cairns, which is saying something.

  This is the WOST post office - Terrible customer service, over charged by a huge sum and was only notified because of where we sent the parcel (our home town post office). Contacted Aus post and they gave us a number to claim our money - went in to this post office and he acted like he had no idea what to do, even though we had told him. NEVER got our money back. Never went back there!

  You think the staff are bad..the post man delevres what ever mail he wants to my letter box in Trinity Park..I am sick and tired of doing the rounds of the streets to put the letters in the corect letterbox..treid to call the post office but the phone rings out tnad then tells me to put in my remore access code..christ they cant ven get their phone correct...I am starting to thing how many letters to y address have been placed in the incorect letter box and didnt get delivered!
